Rules and Regulations
District Rule 4002 stipulates the District's incorporation of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants. This includes the standard for asbestos as provided in Subpart M, Part 61, Chapter I, Subchapter C, Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations.
