Permit-Exempt Equipment Registration (PEER)

Rule 2250 (Permit-Exempt Equipment Registration) was developed for the purpose of assuring the enforceability of District rules and regulations that require emissions reductions from permit-exempt equipment. The registration program offers a streamlined process by which regulated sources can demonstrate compliance with such rules and requirements, and which assures the enforceability of the required reductions in emissions.
