The meeting will be held via video teleconference with the Central Region Office (Fresno), the Northern Region Office (4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, CA 95356), and the Southern Region Office (34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, CA 93308).
Members of the public may participate in-person at any of the above referenced locations or remotely via Zoom webinar. Any member of the public may address the Governing Board on matters within the Board's jurisdiction during the applicable public comment period. Comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker but, for good cause, the Chair may amend the time limit. The Governing Board relies on the credibility of witnesses and the veracity of testimony on matters brought before this Board for action.
The District actively advocates for Board priorities per the adopted legislative platform, including securing clean air resources for the Valley. The purpose of this item is to provide a report on state budget advocacy and outcomes.
